12:24 - Being a High School teacher must be hard a.k.a. English Camp

Here are some shots from the English Camp in Kawabe. It was two sweet days. There were a hand full of boys, but mostly girls from 17-18 years old. I had a bright group and every group had one ALT (native speaker of English), one exchange student (I had Isa from the philipeans, who made it easy) and a few Japanese teachers.

I wish I could have gotten a shot of the Mr. Swagger. This guy was different than any Japanese I'd ever seen. When he was younger he worked out with a Professional body builder (Mr. Japan?) and he was just qwirky if that's the right word. He walked like a cowboy and talked like John Wayne and he probably could have played every postion in baseball single handedly from pitcher to catcher. He is a force of nature.

A group of girls at English Camp in Kawabe..I suspect it must be hard to be a High School teacher in this country.

A girl sticking her snoot into the shot :)

Kimberly and Emi during the BBQ, what a spread!
