22:04 - Aquarium Trip--Osaka

I'm not motivated to write a lot, but here's some photos from the last week.


These three were accepted to the 2005 JET journal. A small publication in the program filled with essays and other things. My first offical publication of my pictures. Just a hobby, but one I enjoy. Here's a few more; Friday I took the day off and went to the city in search of a sword...still. I ended the day with the decision not to buy a katana until November. The loner I have will work til then at least.




a jelly fish exibit at the end of the show. The ferris wheel outside the park. The star of the day, the sunfish (not the guppy kind) This big freaky monster just swam around in a big submerged plastic bag--love the lips. What a monster, at least 3 feet in diameter.



Some more jellies, and the deepsea crabs, these too were just monsters beyond the wildest dreams of Dr. Moreau. The picture hardly does this leviathan justice; the body is as big as my head and the legs are easily 5+ feet out.
